All information included on this form will remain confidential. By completing this registration form, your son’s name will be added to the prospective student list and you will be contacted shortly. You are welcome to have an initial meeting with the Principal to determine if you wish to bring your son for an entrance assessment. This is the perfect opportunity to discuss your son and learn about the Linbrook program.
